Yes, of course we have a budget in mind. But for the same reasons as you, I don't want to give any details. We have already built, and I think I can estimate the costs for your project quite well. I'm too old to go into debt, so I guess about 1/3 of your budget or a little more, with that you can fulfill quite a few wishes... ;)
