Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

No, it's clear that it is not a brand new pilot plant. But how many single-family houses use it? It is not standard there.

The house is not run-of-the-mill and differs significantly from the houses built here with 2 children's rooms.

Something in this size range is missing. Especially for 2 people.

It doesn't matter for how many people. It is also clear that it is not comparable to most houses here. Many things are just a bit bigger. And some technology is solved differently.

Very exciting project. I am curious to see how it continues.

The men are bringing as much gravel as they can find. Not so easy due to large projects in the area. The picture is from this noon. In the afternoon, a few more loads arrived. As of this evening, they have used a total of 1100 tons of gravel. Hopefully, that’s enough now. At least under the house and garage. By the end of the week, they will be finished enough for the shell builder to arrive on Monday. They can then complete the area for the pool, cistern, and terraces in parallel next week.

I am glad to receive these insights. That is truly impressive. I am very curious to see how it continues.
