Picture - From the house instead of on the house - there was some annoying attention - nothing serious.

I honestly don’t think that you need a "star architect" for a Bauhaus-style cube.

A construction company GmbH has already been mentioned, which can be googled and shows over 100 pictures of single-family homes. They mainly have one thing in common: They resemble each other so distinctly that the essential building materials and style elements can be understood even by laypeople and incorporated into their own planning.
I find it not very creative to design the same thing again and again. It is certainly not a quality feature (in fact, you can see in some pictures that sometimes something wasn’t executed perfectly).

Anything but that!

A house in (let’s say politely) "reduced formal language" is extremely critical when it comes to the most meticulous craftsmanship (on an unbroken surface you see every tiny flaw) and the architect must not be a designer artist for whom construction details are secondary. Exactly this attitude

must precisely NOT be present in the builder. A flat roof that is supposed to be watertight demands a watchmaker in the roofer. You won’t succeed with an architect who confuses a flat roof with just a missing pitched roof. A (by self-assessment and/or ambition) star architect sees himself too much as a composing star chef and considers the mundane building management beneath his dignity. Then you may as well book the appointment for the building damage remediator in ten years at the same time. If you adopt from such role models what is "even comprehensible by laypeople," the essential first step of turning a Bauhaus style into a Bauhaus-stile has already been taken.

Completely false statements regarding flat roofs, but one is slowly getting used to that *yawn* It is also not a creative achievement of the architect to define the flat roof, the roofer does that, no worries. The structures are known, even rick has a completely ordinary structure plus an additional waterproofing layer.

The artist may create art, and with this style of construction, one really doesn’t have to. Especially the examples shown by Bau GmbH are above all one thing: almost identical, both in cubature and material. Any second builder can reproduce that.

Thanks for the tips, I really like Fuchs Wacker.... unfortunately also in the south, I'm rather looking in the Rhine-Main area! But I don't want to clutter 's thread with unrelated topics and will start my own when it gets going.

I would especially like to have a fitness room like that. It’s great how the beams of light highlight the equipment. The ceiling, wall color, and doors also make quite an impression. However, I don’t understand why there are so many barbell devices. That would be one too many for me. Although it requires a bit more space, I would have gotten a fitness rack or a power station where pull-ups and butterfly exercises, among others, would be possible instead. Unfortunately, I can’t find a general term for such a device, but it would offer many more training options.
