Due to the significantly larger ventilation unit, more piping, valves, and the cooling unit, you are rather in the six-figure range even for smaller houses. The control is not much additional effort since a BUS system with logic server is already in place.
I still haven't found the point where this is actually an advantage compared to controlled residential ventilation + air conditioning? Controlled residential ventilation + air conditioning is more flexible, more powerful, and probably cheaper. Only the consumption is probably higher... but that doesn't matter anyway.
