I still haven't found the point where this is actually an advantage compared to controlled residential ventilation + air conditioning? Controlled residential ventilation + air conditioning is more flexible, more powerful, and probably cheaper. Only the consumption is probably higher... but that doesn't matter anyway.

I wrote that there are several ways to solve it. Both are justified. For us, the aesthetics played a major role. You only see normal valves (stainless steel) and nothing else. We also mostly have exposed concrete inside...

It's not about cooling for me at all. That has been unnecessary for us so far. I'm curious how your system runs. why shouldn't something else be tried? There are many approaches, someone has to take and test them.

This is not a test system. Such systems are used x-fold in larger buildings.

Since we all now know that Steffen has the better, cheaper, and more cleverly planned system, we can actually draw a line here. It’s an exciting construction project with cool drone footage; it would be a shame if the thread gets cluttered like this.

I find it quite interesting to learn details, for example about the building technology, which never come into use in such a form in standard mass housing construction.

I wouldn’t worry about that. will continue to provide us with stunning visual impressions of the construction progress and the associated budget. Such a million-euro project far outshines the annoying comments about cisterns, air conditioning, and the like.

One might think I’m jealous.

Because it’s true, after all.

But I’m happy with ; seeing his own house grow is a great feeling!
