Maybe some researchers should be added to the guest list.

There will also be a normal life with Corona eventually.

Great project and I'm already excited to see how everything looks finished. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Was the approximate budget posted anywhere? Not out of envy, I wish everyone well, purely out of interest. Is 2 million enough?

I simply can’t imagine that for the best will in the world. Alone the outdoor facilities including the pool and the associated pool house are likely in the mid six-figure range.

I’m not familiar with such constructions, but here I would rather assume double that.

Absolutely great project. I’m always happy when there is something new to see here. Thumbs up.

At the beginning of the thread, there was some speculation about the budget. The estimates ranged from 2 million up to significantly more. I have not and will not provide any information on this. My neighbors, employees, etc. do not need to know what we spent on our house in case they happen to come here. The house is "somewhat" larger, much more special, elaborate, and also on a slope, etc. The all-glass system alone costs a high six-figure amount... So it should be clear that your estimate is too conservative.

thank you for your feedback and yes, I can absolutely understand. Unfortunately, Germany is often a society of envy. But yes, now I know which direction it is going. I’m looking forward to more pictures and thank you for taking me along on such a great project.

To prevent admiration from turning into envy, only two ingredients are needed (and thus also two actors who consciously act ethically), namely on one side the wealthy person who refrains from being a show-off and does not look down on the "people," and on the other side the observer's ability to be content for others. The latter is easier for people in less fortunate positions through no fault of their own than for those who have secured their (especially intellectual) poverty with a lot of stupidity and laziness.
