If one third is one million and a "normal" single-family house costs 600,000€, there can still be some left over. What you can get with that, adjusted for purchasing power in 2023/2024, is another matter.

We hear nothing inside the house. The sound insulation of the concrete walls and panes is phenomenal. Outside, you can hear heavy rain on the attic, but it is not like on metal sheets, rather significantly quieter. Not louder than, for example, on the terrace slabs.

Good. We have zinc sheet metal on the [Attika]. If it is not louder, I will keep the cladding in mind.
