Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

Today I was finally able to look at the floor. The middle floor is finished. It has become much brighter / warmer / more homogeneous than expected.


Tomorrow we will move the large grinding machine with a crane and assembly tip. The small one is already in use upstairs. The basement will be done last.

Progress with the pool and the facade is also going well. In the background, you can already see part of the facade with protective film.

I was away for a few days. Today I screwed more cameras and APs onto the facade. Will continue tomorrow. The pool should be finished on Thursday. Photovoltaics are not working yet. I hope we can solve the problems next week.

Definitely still this year. But we are not under any pressure. The kitchen and some of the furniture will arrive in August. Moving probably in September/October. We'll see. The main thing is to spend Christmas in the new house. The floor is special. It fits well with our style but there are certainly many who don't like it. It would be boring if everyone had the same taste...
