That will probably be the "Aluschattenfuge," I suppose.

Overall, I find the doors great, even though I would have chosen different wood. I just don’t "warm up" to the floor.

They have a continuous shadow gap made of aluminum (outside the casing). Not leaky or even air-permeable. Even the regular doors block sound extremely well. The floor drop seals do so even more. The fact that the walls are made of concrete greatly helps soundproofing. It’s really unusual how quiet the house is when I’m here without construction workers. Walnut is a recurring element in our furnishings. Because we have an incredible amount of light, it looks very good. Others prefer white walls and doors. That is a matter of taste.

Did you do the ventilation room by room, so that no air flow over the doors is required? I don't remember exactly right now.

Yes, in most areas separate supply and exhaust air. Partly oversized several times (up to 10-fold) due to our air conditioning. We have already put the heat pump into operation. It is only used for cooling and is also supported by [Kältepuffer], [Kaltwasseraggregat], dehumidification, etc., and cools the air. Theoretically, we could also cool the floor. But we don't want to. Heating would also be possible and/or cooling the pool. The biggest advantage is that we can send the heat to the pool in another circuit. It only costs us electricity for circulation. If we ever want to properly heat the pool, we use our gas heating.

I’m afraid you still need a parking space elsewhere for a cruise ship motorhome.

Fortunately, the weather is nice today. 1,080 ground covers have been delivered. In the trays, it looks quite sparse.

In front of the pool, you can see the plant area.

We will need about 500 more pieces to fill the bed. Unfortunately, there are no more available at the moment.
