You can buy used and not drive. 0 Emissions:p If you go by that, you shouldn’t build any single-family house at all. There are simply too many people for too little land. But that is another topic. Let’s see when there will be a house update.

I recommend scale 1:43, definitely saves money and the garage doesn't have to be that big either :)
