Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

Once again, a brief sign of life from me. The HVAC installation is progressing well. The controlled residential ventilation and gas boiler are in place. However, some things are still missing. Part of the installation will be in the pavilion. The garden water installation is also still missing. The remaining space will then be needed by the pool builder. The electricians are also busy pulling wires. Some network cables are already laid. The advantage is that no chases have to be made anywhere since the empty conduits are all embedded in the concrete. The picture is also a few days old. It's about half of the LAN cables. Rails will come later as well. The components for the photovoltaic system are also here. Let's see when we get them onto the roof...

Nice installation. The ample space will please the installer

The HLS room will be rather tight. About one third of the room is visible in the picture. In the electrical room, 3 walls will be fully occupied. The network cabinet will be placed in the middle. There is enough space to access it from all sides.

Still much, much more space to work than in the typical "8sqm utility room must be enough" plans of the prefab house planners.

I have been wondering all along how things might be going for you!
