Ah, you mean that's why the big garage, so that the guest cars, the parcel service, etc. have space ... sorry , no disrespect intended.

We are building with an elevator.
The doorbell and letter and package box are near the driveway on the property.
From experience, friends and family park in the garage and enter the house there.
The separate house entrance is around the house and will probably almost never be used.
The mail is delivered at the front anyway. For the few registered letters, he can also walk around the house or I can go through the garage.
I notice as soon as someone drives onto the property.
Of course, there is a security concept with 18 cameras, alarm system, locking system, corresponding protection class for windows and doors as well as monitoring of these, motion sensors, etc...
You just have to be a harder target than the neighbor.
In our area, there are several large estates. Nothing ever really happens there. It is always the older poorly secured single-family homes.
But we are not building a prison. If someone is determined, they will get in everywhere.
So no 3-meter wall with NATO wire. We want to live here and not hide away. Fear is a bad advisor.

So here are the floor plans, although not the latest version. The pool is different. Technical rooms are different. The power pole no longer exists. And certainly much more. I haven't looked at them closely anymore. Do not consider the furniture. They do not correspond to reality. Now you may

Very, very brilliant! When you look at the usable room size (and I compare it with my current 165 sqm living space) and my desired usable area of the individual rooms, it's not at all exaggerated on the upper floor. Only the dressing room is... generous!

Everything else is really a hobby and nice if you can afford it. Just out of curiosity: The server room is an offsite data center/backup location for the company IT? I come from the industry and used to set up a small data center in my student apartment. But for 25 sqm in your own house, even I wouldn't have a use for it. What’s missing for me is active climate control + emergency power supply.

What I also find important:
Washing machine/dryer are too close to the bedroom, I find a hand washbasin in the laundry room essential, the toilet is too close to the kitchen for me (at least I would turn the entrance).

Hah, your study is exactly the same size as ours.

But that's about it then.
