Great that you are sharing the project progress with us.

We also have a connection from the garage to the house, but here in RLP we had to plan an intermediate space as an airlock because of possible exhaust gases. However, since your basement corridor offers so much space, you could even add walls later if you would find that unpleasant. Or do you have active ventilation in the garage as well? That would of course be nice.

What type of heating are you installing?

Yes, the garage is ventilated. Also, there is no living space directly adjacent. The main heating system will be a large gas boiler. This will be primarily needed for the pool. In our region, it can get really cold, so heat pumps are no longer efficient. We can also heat through the ventilation or the air conditioning. It is more of a byproduct of the system.

Yesterday stood for the first time in the future living area

Walls for the 2nd floor are set. The rest will be glass.
Behind the reinforcement of the supports, the terrace begins.
Also another picture with the view from the dining area as well as a new aerial photo from today.
We are incredibly looking forward to it. The view corresponds with the planning and expectations.

Man man man, the construction site of the 3-row townhouse block is probably not even half as big

Very cool location!

Still looks huge now. The entire area behind the retaining wall will be backfilled and the pool will be installed. The entire lower floor will be buried. The second and third floors are significantly smaller and narrower than the [UG] (without garage).

Still gigantic - and a really cool view. Hopefully it stays with you!
