The roofer, for example, only does large-scale projects. He only worked on our house because he felt like it and was simultaneously working on another (large) project with the architectural firm. The structural engineer is also mostly active in project construction. The HVAC company does both project construction and small projects like single-family homes. The equipment features do not play such a big role. In some areas, I have connections so that we could tap into additional knowledge. The controlled residential ventilation system, for example, is one of the first of the new series.

Even without the interest situation, we also pay immediately if possible (i.e. if nothing still has to be checked first, like with the final invoice for example). And no, that is really not common, with the best negative example being many public authorities that businesses sometimes have to chase for ages to get their money.

yes for public ones. But apparently also for private construction projects.

Our ventilation concept is rather untypical for a single-family house.
The design is well above the standard, almost no overflow areas, etc.
Due to the size of the house and the concept, the ventilation unit is for large buildings.
It is a Helios air1 (XH series).

I heard that you are still in the "discovery phase" with your construction and also want/wanted Bauhaus style. So just a tip, our ventilation is not suitable as a reference.
You need a "normal" controlled residential ventilation like, for example, Helios Series EC, Zehnder ComfoAir Q... or similar.

For some it is laziness, but for others also security. Once it’s paid, you basically never see a craftsman again. You’re invisible. That’s why pay the remainder as late as possible. A lesson from my construction days. Except for craftsmen where I know that’s not the case.
