The bathroom is only truly visible from the hill opposite (with binoculars).
Additionally, there are semi-transparent textile shades on the outside.

I wouldn’t overestimate the soundproof doors, we have them for the utility room as well but they obviously don’t block all noise, especially since your wall will probably have a sliding door to the pantry. We also have a daylight lamp in the bathroom mirror, which can be set steplessly to different light colors, but it’s no substitute for a window. It probably doesn’t bother you because you’re used to it, but for me it would be very disturbing. Even more annoying to me would be the position right next to the kitchen and dining area; I don’t like being able to see a toilet bowl from the dining table or hear the toilet flush, that just doesn’t fit a luxury house at all.

Best regards
Sabine

But objectively speaking, one has to say that more could be made out of it. I reckon some of us would have actually gotten an optimum with the budget you have, whether you currently need storage space or a daylight bathroom – it would simply have been included along with the rest of the planning.
I’d say this: you can see that in the end an amateur had the final say.
By now, I also see more "small mistakes," which of course are trivial. But windowless bathrooms, a missing spare bedroom, sauna use followed by a shower in the guest room... those are – simply put – planning mistakes that could have been automatically accommodated.
Well, the building looks cool from the outside. And visitors will hardly notice every planning mistake. Probably neither will you. At some point, the odd question will come up. At some point, you’ll curse.

I don’t think we need to fear that the object would be hard to part with again if the OP ends up aligning with our views in practice and would have preferred to build with [Klofenstern] after all. And I hope that when the time comes, we will also get to see pictures of foundation slabs, tiles, etc. In any case, I am always pleased – even with a design far removed from my own building taste – to see a different kind of house presented here each time.

Oh yes pictures The interior fitting will still bring this and that a couple of times.

The planned KNX overkill contradicts the above quote, doesn’t it? Why should you forgo it especially in the bathroom, where an RGB light and water show can be impressively staged? Tinted glass partitions with individually addressable RGB strips all around, which illuminate the glass but not the surroundings...! etc. That of course requires appropriate installations and a suitable layout, which unfortunately can’t really be seen in the floor plan.

Anyway, the house is a dream, but with that budget I would treat myself to a villa on the Mediterranean, for example in southern France, and try to be there as often as possible.
