Really, are the import duties into the UAE that crazy? Well, I’d say, you don’t really want these amber rooms on wheels anyway. Such two-seaters are already fully occupied with their parking attendants, where are you supposed to stay yourself then? I prefer a Wiesmann. With that, you can (like with the Alpina) go to any BMW workshop. Bugatti and Ferrari may be more expensive – but on the other hand, they are names that every loser from the car quartet knows. Even worse is Lamborjeanny, which is even constantly mispronounced ;-(

how do you know what the house costs? :p Anyone trying to show off with a house should rather reflect on themselves. The house should meet the residents' demands / needs. Whether others find it beautiful, practical, too big, too small .... should not matter.

For my taste, a home theater is missing at this size - and with the financial means - ... :D
