There are companies that cancel many things. According to [Buschfunk], we are the only ones in our industry who still offer normal field service. It is now almost only called out for urgent repairs.

Do you also spray the filler with an airless device? What kind of wall coating will be applied to the drywall?

Thank you very much!

If your craftsmen come from Bavaria, they must quarantine for 14 days after returning and the employer must pay the wages. I don't know how other federal states handle this.

Yes, it varies everywhere... As I said, I am grateful for everyone who works and for everything that is delivered. I will probably have to wait even longer for the granite coverings in the children's bathrooms, these come from Italy

Do you mean net or gross, installed or just material? Generally, a different substructure is necessary. The material costs for the panels are also quite high. There is also considerable waste, for example to achieve a continuous joint pattern, built-ins... There are also differences in the materials (type of wood, joint pattern, UV protection...) Then we also have quite a lot of ceiling area to cover. Therefore, the final sum increases all the more. We have chosen one of the cheaper materials (because we liked it). Fully installed, you are beyond > 200€ / m2 gross. The drywall walls are professionally spackled in the classic way. A white primer (StoPrim Color) is applied on top, followed by the paint (StoColor Sie Premium). The same color build-up as on the concrete walls which are painted. We don’t have that many areas with drywall walls. Many areas with concrete remain as exposed concrete. A few small things have not yet been finally decided (paint yes/no, up to which point, etc.) Also, not everywhere is sprayed. We don’t have to consider the ceilings (as they don’t exist yet), but spraying only makes sense if it is a large area compared to the masking effort. For small rooms with high masking effort, it’s better to use a roller. When spraying, you have to mask much more and more securely.

Had you considered making drywall look like concrete walls as well?
