Oh man, in a single-family house, "opening or closing windows" is the proper ventilation for me and not a ventilation duct with their small bacterial colonies. And you want to live in a "thermos flask" where the stupid little computer controls everything... why not ;) An interior plaster that can absorb moisture and, due to its composition, gives fungi/mold no chance can be unsurpassed in smaller rooms <40m². I freely admit not having read the whole story, so my question is how the exterior and interior walls were ultimately constructed.
