Great how consistently you are carrying out your construction. The construction site looks very clean - if you haven't cleaned and tidied up, that speaks very well of the craftsmen companies you have commissioned. I like it.

we had different specialist planners for different areas, but there is also a lot of in-house planning involved. The advantage is that most of the trades know each other and I know them as well. Thus, short communication paths, mutual understanding, and experience.

nothing cleaned. The men are tidying up. Of course, it sometimes looks messier, but work is still taking place then.

There is not much new to see here. The substructure for the floor with sealing, insulation, etc. is finished. Today, the installation of the underfloor heating was started. At the same time, the elevator is being installed. The portal must be installed before the floor (cast asphalt) goes in. Outside, the delivery of soil continues cheerfully. Unfortunately, we were not able/allowed to pour the side retaining wall yet. This now limits us a bit. There is still a little space left. About 100 trucks have already delivered. At the front, we finally managed to create some space as well. We are also still allowed to store at the neighbor’s. However, the soil will only be enough for the rough leveling of the property anyway. As soon as the pool and the side wall are finished, we can continue.
