Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

The village definitely wants to preserve these green spaces (meadow at the bottom of the picture). The new development areas are on the other side of the village. A new area will also be designated there soon. For this, you still need environmental points (-> preservation of green spaces...). The owners do not want to sell either. It is also not a development area and somewhat swampy. Starting from the trees and hills, it belongs to a nature and landscape protection area. So the chances are good that the view will remain like this.

Are the glass panes somehow mirrored so that you cannot see inside well from outside?

The glass will still take some time and is also extremely weather dependent whether we can get the underfloor heating and flooring in this year.

the question has come up several times. No, the panes are not specially tinted. But for the most part, they are not visible at all. Except from the hill with binoculars.
The panes do reflect a little though. There will also be a 2 meter high enclosure around the property.

Brutal, the building is so big that the shot hardly shows any details because it is too far away.

The resolution is misleading. The living space has a depth of just over 8 meters. The retaining wall does not belong to the house. The garage will also be landscaped and will then visually (somewhat) disappear.
