Great cinema!

And what I just want to get off my chest. Rick has an incredibly vast knowledge of all house building topics and always takes the time to address every single, even the dumbest, question.

Just a big thank you

There is no fall protection around the garage roof itself. It is not "normally walkable." In a multi-family house or with renting out, many things are not feasible that are possible in a single-family house. You just have to be aware of the insurance/liability issues if something happens. I would also take a few additional safety measures with children. But since only my niece and nephew will be there occasionally, it is okay. They are already a bit older and are not left unsupervised.

What is that above on the right behind the house? Do you have a flagpole?

This is a power pole. Since 4 houses are connected to it, it could not be removed. We had it relocated. We are connected underground directly to the [Trafostation]. We are never back there anyway and don’t have any windows...

I would guess owner of a typical medium-sized family business in the mechanical engineering (supplier) sector. So something quite normal that you can often encounter in the region. PS: The comparison between Google Maps (shell UG) and Bing (old inventory) is interesting.
