The facade is a ventilated and mounted facade made of AluCobond panels. Now available in almost every design. When done properly, it can be bent around corners, etc. It is also very low-maintenance. Just wash it off. Our wall structure (from inside to outside) is concrete, insulation, air, and facade. Due to several issues, we could not build with concrete walls with core insulation as originally planned. Since we also wanted a concrete look on the outside, we went with this variant. It has several advantages. We worked on the joint pattern for a long time to make it coherent. Because of the offsets, it was not so easy...
