Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

If it is groundwater, it is probably called a white tank instead of black.
During the construction phase, pumps are used.
It has rained a lot recently and no water has been taken from the source.
As soon as we live there, the source will be pumped into the large cistern (between the pool and the retaining wall) anyway.
But there will certainly be a few surprises...

The house is also clearly situated above the water found. We encountered water at just over 5 meters, specifically at the back right on the slope. There, the house penetrates about 3.5 meters plus foundation.

White tub is not a tragedy

With us, the herb didn’t make it any richer either.
Bewährung, Schalung, Erdarbeiten, Anlieferung, Einbau remain the same.
I think it was not quite 30 euros per cubic. However, only the base slab and the hillside wall.

A really great and very impressive project.
