But now seriously. What advantages does a concrete wall with [Mittenisolierung] in a single-family house have regarding well-being?

The same as for any other residential building (subject to the Energy Saving Ordinance) for concrete purists: only in the middle of the sandwich does the insulation layer not disturb the architectural effect. And omitting it would easily require three-quarters of a meter more wall thickness.

And we don’t have that at all. That was the original plan. It was about wanting exposed concrete. As already pointed out. The facade is ventilated and insulated. We now know that the house is not your thing....

I wanted to emphasize CONCRETE WALL :) So without insulation = bunker Where does the air humidity in the rooms go? It probably has to be extracted?

Perhaps I don’t understand something again, but what does a client want to convey or show to others with such architecture in your opinion? I am of the opinion that every house/building, whether intentional or unintentional, conveys something and shows something. The effect of a building on a viewer depends, in my opinion, more on the viewer, on their view of themselves and the world, than on the client.

You can’t say it like that :)
So the walls are not made of concrete as shown in the photos, or am I mistaken?
Ventilated and insulated is basically great.
