You can also build it yourself very cheaply as a hobby project with a Raspberry Pi Already seen like this with two different friends.

The watch is cool, but a RasPi is a bit over the top. Mine only has a microcontroller inside.

Is raw steel and somewhat larger. But definitely wanted an original as well.
