Bauhaus concrete villa with core insulation - experiences

I knew that I recognized this house. My cleaning lady also lives in the area, but in the larger house next door. that is brave, super stylish, and a great life's work, even if that may sound old-fashioned by now. My honest and absolute respect!!!
