Just out of curiosity, what insulation thickness and insulation material did you choose? I am considering (if core insulation is overall too expensive) whether to have both the earth-contacting and the exposed surfaces all done in XPS.

In the floor, I believe it is 14 cm of insulation.
I don't know about the facade at the moment.
Your plaster would not be ventilated from behind (add additional insulation).
