A real problem is my current diet, which lasts another 10 days....or so.

Wrong diet! I also stick to a fundamental change in diet and attitude towards losing weight (at an age this is considered mandatory), eat a lot of meat and the meat (fat) that needs to go is slowly going away :p

The hairstyle and color do not reflect my age :p There are already some gray hairs among the few. But that started quite early. I am under 40.

I would have thought over 40 as well...

But back to topic, away from birthdays and diets.
