They are happy about a house that is better tailored to their needs. Personally, I would rather see it as a waste of resources to build rooms that I do not need in my lifetime. I could also use the one or other room, whether for sports or art. But my time is already filled (without children, by the way), also with a lot of quality, so I wouldn't have time for it anyway. I don't want unused rooms. I find the appearance of "such" houses mostly never inviting or personal. I don't believe anyone likes to ring the bell there. Those who know me here: for me a house must also be inviting from the outside.
