This probably also represents the largest group. But there are also other buyer groups (singles, couples without children, older couples whose children are grown up...). They are happy about a house that is better tailored to their needs. Personally, I would rather see it as a waste of resources to build rooms that I do not need in my lifetime. Both from an environmental aspect and financially.
