Wow, 5x pages of material to think about, thanks :)!

Garage im Westen:
The garage in the west actually makes it easier to create a protected corner (wind / noise / views) including a roof.
Low effort for maneuvering, and possibly a nice 2.5-car garage – great!

Garage im Osten:
On the other hand, the point about the sun from 6:00 PM / 7:00 PM is definitely an argument against it.
I wouldn’t have believed that the sun is at more than 270° at that time in summer :).

The east / west orientation is about +/- 0°.
The property slopes slightly in this direction:

Floor plan planning will be started (again) soon, then the development plan should hopefully be fixed.
Since there must be 1 parking space in front of the garage each, I like the eastern variant with the courtyard the best so far.

Even though I am still a bit puzzled about how to create a protected west terrace then. :D

Hedge north of the terrace or even along the street

Along the street will probably not work, since you need the space at the top left on the plan as an entrance for the vehicles.

My favorite would be option 2, as you have a short driveway into the garage and don’t have to basically pave the entire northern part of the property located north of the house. A west-facing terrace remains nevertheless and you also have enough space south (west) of the house to enjoy the last rays of sun. This way, however, a nice contiguous garden remains.

I am also fully in favor of option 2. This way, you still have plenty of space on the property and don't have to pave it so densely.

I would also definitely not recommend the variant pictured in #26. To make the driveway work reasonably well, you need significantly more than 5m in front of the garage, then you have almost the entire north side built over or paved. And still this useless strip between the garage and the road. Much more sensible is to make the driveway directly onto the road.
