Here is a very simple picture to better imagine the property.

The property is about 22m wide and 26m long.
Rotating a garage by 90 degrees would only take up more of the garden or the driveway would directly face the garden - not nice in our opinion. We do not want to do everything here with hedges.

Of course, I am also not satisfied with the drainpipes and they need to be solved differently. I think the size of the kitchen is sufficient and can be planned well. How it will turn out later can still be defined in the factory planning for the interior walls.

Why can the garage only be placed in that location?

Please excuse the further poorly drawn picture. In this, I have drawn the two possible variants including the driveway. The background is that you should not be able to look completely into the garden from the driveway. In addition, the garage would require too many paving stones and therefore space. Moving the garage forward would also not be an option, as it would then take up space behind the garage. I hope I was able to explain it with this.

No, unfortunately not. The main question is why the block is supposed to stand in the southwest and completely steals your light in the house, instead of in the northeast, where it belongs?
