House placement on the property, ideas sought

Sorry, the term "access road" confused me a bit. Yes, I can reach my property via the street. Above the property, there are other properties, all accessible via this street. Since my property is at the very bottom, I am at the end of the street. A turning area is not planned. The supply of gas, water, telephone, etc. comes from the green property next to mine, passes through mine on the eastern edge, and then follows the street to the other properties.

Hmm, if you can't turn around on the street, then I actually don't find the initial plan so bad. Drive in forwards with a right turn and back out of the garage, then reverse about 3 meters to the left (driver's side) to the rear, and then drive forward onto the street again. It should also be the least hassle with overlapping the planned utility lines.

Well... ideas might possibly come along with the actual house planning and the requirements for the house. And what happens to the originally marked red plot of land in the initial post? Will it remain empty?
