What do you think of this idea?

Where are you even allowed to build? = Building boundaries/-lines? Distance to the neighbor? Placement of the garage?

The house may be built up to the thick blue line. The garage may be built up to the dashed purple line.

The positioning of the buildings and, in general, the decision whether a double garage makes sense or whether rather a single garage and/or carport should be built only makes sense when you have a room plan that roughly indicates where the living and utility rooms are in order to then plan the terraces and outdoor usable areas. What use is a "I like it" for you now if, through the house design, you look from the dining area onto a corner of the garage? Many builders who prefer to build conservatively also have a problem with designs that are 7 meters wide. Sketch a room program where something should roughly be placed on the property (including kitchen facing the street or garden, utility room towards supply connections, terrace facing the sun or what is preferred), then the entrance area forms, then possibly the positioning of parking spaces, for example also garage/carport.

Attached are the previous considerations. I look forward to constructive criticism. Another idea would also be not to make the house square, but rather elongated like in Variante03. That was also a suggestion from another forum.

Good evening,

I have been wondering all this time who will actually build on the plot. You or the users of this or another forum?

I also don't really understand what there is to think about regarding the positioning of the house body? Maybe it will make more sense to me if you post a bit more than just the area excerpt

If not, flush - or, as in variant 2 - set up against the neighbor's garage and that's that.

Rhenish greetings from on the road
