So we, or rather our construction company, have received a letter from our city administration dated 09.01.2018.
Subject: Notification according to Paragraph 67 Section 2 of the State Building Code
"We hereby inform you that a building application procedure for the aforementioned project will not be conducted. Construction work may commence."
However, it is addressed to our construction company because it was registered as the client in the application.
We have not received anything else from the authorities.
What do you think? Is this the decisive letter?
The contract with the construction company was, on the other hand, signed on 07.09.17.
