oh that will be such a lazy compromise again, the CSU will get more money for [Baukindergeld], the SPD their justice pension. But you are right, without reliable numbers you don't even know where the limit is, so speculating doesn't make much sense either
There are also problems for those who are only now starting to plan and firmly include the Baukindergeld in the financing calculation.
If you have done that, you deserve no better than having to provide additional financing if you do not receive Baukindergeld.
Just my opinion.
Anyone who can only build because of a funding program (here I am only referring to Baukindergeld) and not the interest subsidy programs of the states should just forget about it.
In the night leading into Thursday, the last details were settled in the so-called reconciliation session of the Bundestag's budget committee. The session lasted from 1 p.m. on Wednesday until 2:45 a.m., nearly 14 hours. The short-term compromise between the Union and SPD on the controversial family home construction allowance will be very expensive. Due to the removal of square meter limits on property purchases, costs of 2.7 billion until 2021 and a total of ten billion euros are now expected.
If that is true, then the statement from Stern/Seehofer is complete nonsense.
According to printed paper 19/2424 of 30.06.2018, a total of €3.037 billion is provided for 2019-2029 for subsidies for owner-occupied home acquisition (Baukindergeld) under Title 893 05 + €262 million for 2018.
Of which
2018 €262 million
2019 €307 million
2020 - 2027 €330 million
2028 €67.5 million
2029 €22.5 million
