Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

What happens if you submit the building application now and the child doesn't arrive until July? Are you out of luck then?

Such individual cases can only be assessed definitively once a draft text is available. Everything else is pure speculation. And I'll speculate: At the time of construction (key date, this can be the building permit) no child - no child construction allowance.

Don't get upset. Many will still be upset, maybe even everyone if there is nothing (meaningful) at all. Maybe the signature on the construction contract also counts. Currently, no one knows for sure.

PS: That's why I haven't submitted my building application to the office yet. We are not in a hurry and have only had planning services carried out so far.

Somewhere there is a limit. But just wait and see how it is stated later in the text and which date will really count. Then you just file an amendment to the building application or something and maybe that will work.

There is also a set of rules regarding income, supposedly about the equity share, and it is always said "for young families" – maybe even an age limit? After all, it's a project of the CSU, and one should surely be allowed to file a constitutional complaint against some aspect.
