See last page. "Unfortunately another personal setback due to illegal migrants." Such a remark is really unnecessary!

Regarding what yellow_ms says: Anyone who is so privileged that a switch to the next year kicks them out because of the incredibly high income limits should stop constantly seeing themselves as personally disadvantaged and dramatizing ("cut," seriously?), just because they are not additionally given more gifts and privileges and have to pay for their house themselves if necessary, just like everyone else has done all these past years and as was certainly the case at the start of planning if you are currently acutely affected. (As a reminder: all announcements ALWAYS refer to taxable income. This is almost the only constant in this topic and should be considered fixed in case the Baukindergeld actually comes, which in my opinion is very questionable.)

Regarding the question: aside from committee work, the thing still has to be passed and there are not many parliamentary weeks left. That would be ambitious, even if there was an agreement. I suspect nothing will happen before the summer break. Especially if Seehofer really goes through with his ego trip tomorrow. On the other hand, I have been wrong about this topic before.

The saying doesn't come from me? What's going on here? Is reading really that difficult? I don't see myself as personally disadvantaged, nor am I exaggerating. I am just bothered by this stupid "the migrants are to blame for everything" babble!

Oh, no, I had already read that correctly. I meant "zu dem" in the sense of "in addition to what was written," meaning agreement + addition. But you almost have to read it differently, I just realized. Sorry.

It's a pity, but here again I have to note that Germany is increasingly falling into a society of envy.

1. I am fully aware that it concerns taxable income.

2. An open question: What do people think who claim that once you exceed this income threshold, you live in luxury?
Does the employer give me the money?

3. The money is earned. Among other things, through 24/7 availability, countless overtime hours, business trips, etc.

4. Have you ever thought about the fact that the state canceled pension credits for studying a few years ago?
Just here, about 5 years’ worth of pension payments have to be made up.

5. Cold progression: Those who earn a lot also pay more taxes. I, with an income that belongs to the top 10 percent in Germany, contribute around 50 percent of the total income tax in Germany. Have you ever thought about what remains of the high taxable income?
We would be happy if everyone had the same, but lower tax rate.

6. Those who earn a lot are involved everywhere. Example daycare: income grading. While 50 percent of the parents in our daycare pay no fees, we pay 387 euros for one child. The second then kindly costs only 50 percent of the fee.
We would be happy if simply everyone had to pay and the fee would be reduced...

7. On the political topic: It is certainly not an "ego trip" by Mr. Seehofer. The applicable law, which was suspended in 2015 without any basis, is to be restored.
We are discussing here a few billion for the Baukindergeld, yet family reunification etc. are being approved in return.
If the do-gooders in this forum are in favor, they can gladly stop building their house and personally take care of these people. The majority of the population no longer wants it.
And regarding my sentence that you are upset about: Since September 2015 this issue has dominated politics and the media. Here we see again how other topics fall by the wayside.

8. We are doing well, we can live well. Every working person is important in our system. Engineers can do nothing without craftsmen etc. Nurses are underpaid, etc.
Nevertheless, it is unbearable that people with lower wages dare to claim that Baukindergeld is not needed.
Baukindergeld is a luxury problem for EVERYONE. No one will build a house because of the several thousand euros and would not have done so before.
It is also unfairly regulated. Nevertheless, one must take personal benefit from it.
