Here, the date of the building permit counts. The purchase contract only refers to the existing property. But the interesting question would be: Can a developer actually apply for building permits in their own name without a purchase contract from a client? That is, in advance, so that the construction/purchase process goes faster?What happens if the contract with the general contractor was concluded before 30.06? Notary appointment for the property was afterwards, construction start around 11/2018?
