What is desired and what is actually possible later according to the guidelines are sometimes two completely different things. These speculations do not help. We will learn such details at the earliest when the text of the law is available. Or is there a draft available to read somewhere?

first income, then property boundary and now we're starting to solve the children's questions^^

I will make it easy for myself. when the time comes there will surely be a contact point where you can find out the specific things

Actually, the level of knowledge today is the same as it was a week ago, before the area theater started.
So back to the speculations about when children have to be born, what first-time acquisition as a family means (and what family actually means, keyword single parents) ... we simply don't know.

We have now reached posting 735, and before the drama about the area limitation began, we were somewhere around the halfway point, approximately posting 350. The difference of almost 400 postings can actually be thrown straight into the trash because it was completely unnecessary.

But that's probably how it is when something is free. Worse than in the winter clearance sale.

and there will certainly be a gray area or the KfW will learn and issue exclusion criteria.

There will also be lawsuits and landmark rulings. I wish it to everyone, but somehow there are too many ifs and buts.

Let's get back to the topic and the initial question. Should I wait with the building application? Answer: No, dear Arthur, you don't have to wait any longer *Irony off*. :-p. As far as I'm concerned, we can close the thread and open a new FAQ thread "Baukindergeld." Preferably pinned at the top, dear .
