Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

Just because you can build without subsidies doesn't mean you belong to the wrong ones, yeah right . I haven't factored it in yet, but of course I'll gladly take it if it comes. Even if it's 4% of the construction sum for 2 children, I'm happy about it. Even if it were only €1000, I would be happy. Every euro helps reduce the burden somewhere.

It's not like the state gets nothing out of it either, like additional property taxes, boosting the already booming construction industry, bank bailouts :-p, etc.

Well, zaba, let it be. One only pours oil into the blazing construction boom, giving tax money to those who already have money. If you want to reward high performers, you should rather flatten the tax rate curve. That would be smarter. But not such a nice election gift.

I don't mind that either. After all, something might come of it, even if it isn't the philosopher's stone yet.

Various media currently refer to information from BILD (there is a paid article on Bild.de on the topic that I cannot read) stating that the law will come in autumn and applications will then be possible from January (if you believe that ).

The topic of equity of 20-30% is mentioned again. Although I have not yet found concrete evidence for this, it does not seem unlikely within the framework of the legislative package, which also includes guarantees from the KFW. The criticism from various sides that only "rich" people would receive Baukindergeld due to the equity quota would then be unfounded.

I also read it today, here Focus is quoting Bild. If it comes to that, I would have only missed it by 2-3 months. I will myself postpone the submission of the input planning until 01.06. or 01.07., if nothing concrete is adopted before that. But that’s it then. After that, it can happen...

Did I miss something? I thought draft laws are discussed in the Bundestag, not in the Bild newspaper.
