I basically agree with you that senseless speculations are pointless. However, in my opinion, there is a difference between asking "I have to have signed my purchase contract by 27.6.2018 at the latest, do you think the law will be passed by then and I should wait?" or asking something as I have done. Because here, one can present reasoned opinions, e.g. "I also think that the purchase contract will be decisive since the subsidy is available for new and existing properties and, in my opinion, there is no reason why the building application should count."
But with such nice weather, we don’t want to argue and just hope that we’ll get new information soon.
