Yep... let the woman work part-time because of 2 children, then 135k€ gross is not so easy to reach.

Let's be honest, 100-110k€ gross are at least senior employees with 20 years of professional experience in my case. If then the "screwed over" secretary/colleague (I of course mean the wife) goes to work part-time and adds her 25k€ as an office clerk under tax class 5, then you're still below.

Rather fair but possibly not at every point without advance performance from us. We still need to check more precisely. Lawyer says we could probably terminate if we want to. The question is whether we want to. It also costs a lot of time, money, and nerves. However, that fact could perhaps be used to renegotiate the payment plan. The GÜ says that he can manage to put things right again and that they can work off the orders. But what else is he supposed to say?
