Wait with the building application because of the child construction allowance

This is still coalition talks. No paper yet, no grand coalition yet, no law yet. Waiting is therefore nonsense. In this specific case, I would at least delay a few weeks until it is clear whether the grand coalition will come and what is really in the coalition agreement. But as already said, in the CDU's election program there was a purchase contract or building permit from July 2017.

Great. The new GroKo is now only doing client politics for lower incomes. It started with the regulations on the [Soli].

Yes, it's worth it. Do you really have to have the children?

So far, there are only verbal letters of intent. The financing round is still missing in the negotiations, which still has to check the feasibility of all the expensive requirements ...

If it turns out as in the CDU election program, it benefits us. But to be honest, I do not see the macroeconomic benefit in it. Real low earners will not become homeowners because of it, and wealthier people just take the money with them. Moreover, it will simply affect the purchase prices.

you can see what Mutti does to stay in the chair. So far, the grand coalition plan is quite red, in my opinion. Even though the lighthouse projects (time limits, health insurance) have not been agreed on yet.

According to the current plans, the BKG will only be paid to families with a maximum taxable income of 75k. The limit increases by 15k per child. So those who benefit are rather people who couldn't afford to build a house today, but certainly not "high earners". Effort does not pay off!

Well, whoever has more than 75 doesn’t need it either. Otherwise, so many people wouldn’t be building now without this money. Honestly, I consider this subsidy unnecessary in times of a construction boom.
