Families could probably be supported more fairly and definitely better with less effort.

If the interest rate remains at the same level for another year, construction costs will rise significantly again next year because no one wants to miss the time-limited [Baukindergeld], even if there is only a 10% increase, they will cause the demand barrel to overflow, so easy come, easy go, all those who are not eligible will be additionally punished.

Yes, you can see it in the tax return, and no, we do not exceed the limit of €105,000.
Is it roughly known when the exact requirements will be released?

Now let's dissect the nonsense of the BR.

They say 94% or 96% of all families are eligible for support. Since the process rate is so high, I strongly suspect, and I don't think I'm wrong, that this percentage refers to all families with at least one child who meet the income limit.

Now everyone falls out,
- those who earn too little for their region and cannot build
- those who have no desire for ownership because they want to be unbound -> acquisition for rental does not count
- those who have a temporary job. There are professions that are not made permanent for years!
- those who do not get a loan. SCHUFA etc.
- those who already have property
- those who built/bought before 2018
- those who cannot find a plot in the next 2.5 years
- those who cannot find a general contractor with capacity in the next 2.5 years

There are so many who will not build from the 94% that the program can easily continue for another year without a budget increase.

Yes, prices will rise and yes, the longer the program runs, the less benefit builders will have. But they will still remember that it helped them build!

One is only entitled if it is the first property, right? I have a condominium that I inherited. So, my husband and I would no longer be entitled?
