To the point. The majority of house builders are out.. 100% of all full-storey houses

Bonus question: Who would voluntarily build smaller because of the Baukindergeld? So 119.99 sqm!

Yes, I do think they are bad. The settlements look terrible and the little bit of space (I once stood in front of a foundation slab and wondered how three houses could fit on it) that remains ... well. I find them almost uninhabitable in terms of width. What do they have, 4.5m or so? Creepy. But whatever, they cost as much as an apartment. For me, they are the single-family house counterpart to prefabricated panel buildings. You could just put containers there; it would be the same.

Yes, but the disappointment is great since it has been planned for a long time. (That's why I'm not a #luckrider, as the poster above you suggested)

And thank you for the friendly tone. Obviously, not everyone can manage that.

Another 120sqm are hardly ever built here in the area. Does anyone know the development area in Adelsdorf "Seaside"? There, the smallest terraced house in the middle has 150sqm. Ground floor, upper floor, and studio on a 130sqm plot
