Are you building with a general contractor on your property with a building permit? If yes, then you must include the building permit. That is the only proof that shows you are authorized from 01.01.18. If you bought an existing property, you don't need the building permit. The notarized contract applies there. With a developer as well, including the contract for work as far as I know.The answer honestly made me a bit unsure, but I reread the current information sheet.
