I'm no longer surprised why the situation in Germany is the way it is. Certainly the politicians contribute their part, but the people even more so. Envy wherever you look, large-scale redistribution... and the people partly cheer it on.....

Something will definitely change. My tip: 140sqm upper limit and lowering the income threshold to €65k or €55k taxable income + allowance for the children. Since there will be no time to protest anyway, the topic will be pushed through like that.

Who thinks otherwise?

Utility room, so it is already included in the 129m2. If you build a gable roof, you also get a proper "basement" in the attic for storage.
