we had talked about the fact that only the number of children in the respective year is relevant for determining the zvE. From my point of view, this is not evident from this wording. To me it sounds like this.
1. Submit both tax assessments.
2. Turn on the calculator and calculate the average.
3. Check the allowance based on the children at the time of application.
But I assume that there is also a funding guideline that contains further details.
Or rather, I just hope now that we can manage the collection for 2019. The average 2016/2017 would be under 90k, then it would definitely work
If in 2016 there was no child, then it is 75k€ zvE. If in 2017 there was a child, then 90k€ zvE. Take the average of that and it has to be below something?
If you then have 2 children at the time of application, presumably 105k€ zvE. Somehow that doesn’t make sense, right!?
Your version will probably be the correct one!
