As said, it is rather designed for residential silos in the city... we have one floor in a house as a condominium (2 floors). and exactly these 118 sqm is rather the exception. somehow planned economy^^

but if it comes like that, even more people will move from the countryside to the city, where prices will rise disproportionately.

somehow like inner German economic refugees

What is the purpose of this decision? What is the meaning behind it, I simply do not understand what this cap achieves. Why should a builder with 2 children build and live in a shoebox? I didn’t expect anything but was still disappointed. This will only drive apartment prices even higher in the cities. Can someone please tell the representatives what is really going on down here with the common people?

What does shoebox mean? My family fled from Yugoslavia. 3 years with 4 small children in a 15 sqm room (bunk bed). As a child I had a room with my brother. One wants to promote something and not houses. You just don’t speculate on something that is unripe.

120 sqm and the income limit and the thing is called Baukindergeld?... I would say it's completely regulated off target.
