We are building 230m2 solid as a bungalow.

The contractor needs 6 months (up to 160 m2). He wants to have 8 months for larger houses (may).

I find that okay. Better calmly and properly!?

Building with Viebrockhaus. It's quite tightly scheduled, but it works and they are really not known for poor quality, rather the opposite.
