No one here can answer that for you. You will probably have to call KfW and wake sleeping dogs, but if you want the Baukindergeld, you will have to sell the apartment anyway. Whether you will then still qualify despite the sale is actually the interesting question. I would definitely get the information from KfW in writing and without exclusion of liability.Until recently, it was still said that the first property as a family was decisive, meaning the first purchase with a child.
